I feel like being a sheep today

Add to Memories Tell a Friend
I apologise to my friends for being a bit of a hermit lately. Sometimes you just need to be alone, you know?

Good luck to all players in tomorrow's match.

It's a good day

Whoever thought the boy's loos would be such a den of iniquity? I'm shocked!

Personally I'm happy with winning galleons. Do you know how much it costs to start up a restaurant? So our friendly gossip might see it as a poor deal, but unless I could sell Zabini (and who would really pay for that?), I beg to differ.

There are some inventive first years around, three of them actually seem to have discovered how to make a magical version of super-glue. I'd have been more impressed if I hadn't ended up being one of the (accidental) guinea pigs and ended up stuck to Malfoy someone that I've never wanted to be that close to ever in my life. Now if it had been someone else, I wouldn't have been so anxious to get unstuck.

Still, could have been worse, we might not have found the solution.

And now I'm unstuck, it's actually a funny thing to remember.

Huh

My condolences to all the Gryffindors and Slytherins. That punishment is unnecessarily harsh and raises a disturbing question...does this show the Headmistress is taking gossip as gospel? Whoever wrote that column must either be feeling like a prize idiot (which they obviously are anyway, but that's beside the point), guilty, or very pleased with themselves.

In the interests of writing something more positive... anyone keen for a friendly Quidditch match?

I personally don't care if people break the rules and get away with it, providing they're not, I don't know, torching the school or something.

Decided not to do any studying today, just can't be bothered and I need to get outside for a bit. I hate being cooped up

Entry One

It's somewhat bizarre to be back at school and dealing with a bunch of new 'housemates', but I suppose we shouldn't be surprised that the castle is still in a state of disrepair, after all, it's not been a year since... well, anyway, this is only a temporary state of affairs. Not quite sure what the school administration was thinking putting Gryffindor and Slytherin together considering their history, perhaps it's some idealistic thinking that this will foster better understanding? Unfortunately so far I just see a bunch of Slytherins whining about the situation or making daft demands (and this isn't prejudice, just a statement of fact as I have seen in the journal entries so far), so if understanding was the hope then it's unlikely to be realised at this rate.
